Judahs Yummy Pasta


Ingredients (use vegan versions):
  • curly, wheat pasta
  • walnuts
  • 1 to 2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil (unfiltered if available)
  • a sprinkle of nutritional yeast (to taste)
  • salt and pepper
  • a touch of peanut butter
Directions:

Bring to boil

a pot of water with a pinch of salt. Add pasta when water reaches a rapid boil. Drain when pasta is tender, "to the tooth".

Mix in other ingredients.
