Perfect Meatballs


Ingredients (use vegan versions):
  • textured soy protein (soaked in water)
  • 2 garlic cloves crushed
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 3 tablespoons of parsley
  • 1 Ener-G Egg Replacer
  • 1/4 cup vegan bread crumbs
  • salt
  • pepper
  • oregano
  • bazil
Directions:

The

measurments are approximate, but add all toether form into balls bake for about 30 minutes and serve with spagetti and sauce!

Preparation time: 20 minutes
