Yummy Lentils


Ingredients (use vegan versions):
  • 1 cup dry lentils
  • water
  • 1 tablespoon miso
  • 1 tomato (diced)
  • 2-3 cloves garlic (minced/pulverised/however you like)
Directions:

Serves 6.

Soak the lentils. Boil lentils, miso,

and tomato together until lentils are cooked. Add garlic, and cook on low for about 5-10 minutes.

Stir frequently. Serve.
