Ingredients (use vegan versions):
  • 3 cups wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup vegan white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 packet yeast
  • 1 cup soymilk
Directions:

Add all ingredients together and mix like crazy. Then set aside for about 15 minutes with a cloth over the

bowl. If dough seems to dry add a bit of water as you mix. Roll into preferred sized balls and put a small cut in the center top of each ball (this will make them pretty as they bake). Cook in oven for 10 minutes @ 345 degrees. Great with soup mmmmmmm
