Breakfast Shake


Ingredients (use vegan versions):
  • 1 lb silken tofu
  • 1 large can peaches in juice
  • 2 ripe bananas
Directions:

Blend all ingredients in food processor until smooth. Chill and serve for breakfast, or anytime!

Serves: 2-4

Preparation time: 10 minutes
