Effortless Steelcut Oatmeal


Ingredients (use vegan versions):
  • 1 cup steel cut oats
  • dried fruit (optional)
Directions:

Put the oats in the crock pot with 4 cups water. Add some chopped dried fruit if you want. Let it cook overnight and you will have delicious oatmeal in the morning.

Much

better than little packages of microwaved oatmeal.

Serves: 2-4
