Quick Apple Cinnamon Farina


Ingredients (use vegan versions):
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup rice milk (vanilla or plain)
  • 3 tbls. wheat farina
  • 1/2 cup natural apple sauce or 1 large pureed apple
  • pinch cinnamon
Directions:

Bring water and rice milk to vigarous boil, add farina.

Cook 1-2 min. stirring constantly. Take off heat, let stand one min. Add apple sauce and cinnamon to taste. mmm!!

Serves: 1

Preparation time: 5 min.
