Vegan French Toast


Ingredients (use vegan versions):
  • 2 cups vanilla vegan soymilk
  • 4-5 tablespoon flour
  • 3 teaspoon vegan sugar
  • dash of cinnamon
  • vegan bread slices (your choice)
  • vegan powdered sugar to taste
Directions:

Mix flour, milk, vegan sugar and cinnamon

to form a batter. Dip bread and fry in lightly greased pan until golden brown. Sprinkle with vegan powdered sugar.

Serves: 4
