Yummy Whole Wheat Pancakes


Ingredients (use vegan versions):
  • 1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
  • 2 tablespoons vegan brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions:

Mix dry ingredients first. Then add water and oil.

Mix well. Cook on hot skillet. Eat until completely satisfied.

Serves: 10

Preparation time: 5 minutes
