Angie's Taco Seasoning


Ingredients (use vegan versions):
  • 2 Tablespoons Pasilla chile powder
  • 2 Tablespoons California chile powder
  • 2 Tablespoons white flour
  • 1 Tablespoon cumin
  • 2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon cloves
  • 2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground annatto (optional,
but nice)
  • 2 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • salt and cayenne pepper to taste Directions:

    This recipe is very forgiving. Feel free to adjust proportions to your preference, sometimes I like a little ground Mexican oregano in this mix. This is just like packaged, only cheaper and better quality. Enjoy!!
