Vegan Bean "Quesadilla"


Ingredients (use vegan versions):
  • 1 flour tortilla
  • 1 package of mild taco bell sauce (or any sauce you prefer)
  • 1/2 cup of canned vegetarian refried beans
  • 2 teaspoons of soy non-hydrogenated vegan margarine
Directions:

Spread the beans on the flour tortilla.

Then spread the taco bell sauce over the beans. Fold the tortilla in half, making it look like a quesedilla like dish. Heat a skillet on a medium temperature, melt the soy margarine. Place the "quesadilla" on the skillet, flip over when a golden- yellowish color. Finished when both sides are a golden- yellowish color.

Serves: 1

Preparation time: 5 minutes
