Health Drink


Ingredients (use vegan versions):
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 carrot
  • segments of 1 orange
  • few drops of lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon of vegan sugar
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • crushed ice to serve
Directions:

Cut the tomatoes and carrots into big pieces. Add

the orange segments, lemon juice, vegan sugar and 1/2 teacup of water. Blend in a liquidiser. Strain. Add salt and pepper.

Serve cold with crushed ice.
