Ice Berrie Shake


Ingredients (use vegan versions):
  • 1 banana (cut up)
  • 1/4 cup ice cubes (in small chunks)
  • 1/2 cup frozen berries
  • sweetener to taste
  • 1/4 cup vegan soymilk
  • 1/4 cup apple juice
Directions:

Place ice cubes in blender first then cut up banana, frozen

berries, sweetener (to taste), soy milk, and apple juice. Blend until fruit and ice are crushed.

Serves: one
