Mango Mambo


Ingredients (use vegan versions):
  • 1 mango
  • 5 strawberries
  • 2 cups of orange juice
Directions:

I leave the mango in the freezer until completely frozen, then thaw till next day in refrigerator. It will make a nice and cold-thick smoothie that won't need ice. But if

you just can't wait to mambo...put all ingredients in blender with 5-6 ice cubes on high.

Serves: 2

Preparation time: 5 min (includes cleaning!)
