Nutty Banana Smoothie


Ingredients (use vegan versions):
  • 1 cup vegan soymilk
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 scoop soy protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • Stevia or other sweetener to taste
Directions:

Combine ingredients and blend.

This smoothie is delicious,

and very healthy. The almond butter supplies vitamin E and monounsatured fat.

Serves: 1

Preparation time: 5 minutes
