Oatmeal Milk


Ingredients (use vegan versions):
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup of cooked oatmeal
  • 2 cups of water
Directions:

Blend ingredients. You can add a tsp. of vanilla if desired. Blend until smooth. Put in a pitcher, and refrigerate. It will keep approx. the

same time as milk.
