Oatmeal Smoothie


Ingredients (use vegan versions):
  • 1 cup apple juice
  • 1 frozen banana (or any frozen fruit)
  • 3 heaping tablespoons of uncooked oatmeal
  • 3 tablespoons of vegan maple syrup ( or to your taste)
Directions:

Put everything in blender and blend until smooth

Serves:

1
