Orange Creamsicle Swirl


Ingredients (use vegan versions):
  • 1 cup unsweetened soymilk (I prefer Westsoy)
  • 1 cup frozen peaches
  • 1 medium orange
  • half a cup of canned mandarin oranges
  • half a cup of fresh strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Directions:

Pour soymilk

into blender. Next add the peeled orange and the strawberries. Then add the mandarin oranges as well as the vanilla extract. Finally add the frozen peaches. Blend until smooth.

Serves 1 generously or 2 medium servings. Calories estimated to be under 400 if using unsweetened frozen peaches and mandarin oranges not in syrup.
