Orange Smoothie


Ingredients (use vegan versions):
  • 5 or more ice cubes
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup vegan soymilk
  • 3 tablespoon frozen orange juice
  • 2 tablespoon silken tofu (optional=it adds creaminess and protein)
Directions:

Crush the ice cubes in a blender. Then add the the

orange juice, banana, tofu, and the soymilk. Blend until creamy.

Serves: 1 person
