PB and J Chocolate Banana Shake


Ingredients (use vegan versions):
  • 1 banana (I like to slice and then freeze them)
  • 6-8 raspberries or blackberries
  • 1 heaping tablespoon smooth peanut butter
  • 4 teaspoons Ovaltine or cocoa
  • 1 1/2 cups cold soymilk
Directions:

Blend in blender. Add more

soymilk if it is too chunky.

Enjoy!

Serves: 1 adult or 2 kids
