Pauls smoothie


Ingredients (use vegan versions):
  • 8 slices of frozen peaches
  • 8 frozen black cherries
  • 2 spears of fresh pineapple (about 5 inches long)
  • 1 pear, cored (any type will do, but red pears are good)
  • 1 mango, peeled and cut in large chunks
  • 1 1/2 - 2 cups of fresh
orange/tangerine juice Directions:

Place fruit in your blender in the order given. Pour in orange juice and blend for 1 full minute on high. If blender hesitates, stop motor and use a long-handled spoon to "help" it along. When Paul is away on business, he says that besides me...this is what he misses most!
