Pear, Apricot, and Banana Smoothie


Ingredients (use vegan versions):
  • 1 ripe pear, peeled, seeded and sliced
  • 1 ripe banana, broken into chunks
  • 1 - 1 1/2 cup of apricot nectar
  • 1 cup of vanilla-flavored vegan yogurt, vegan soymilk, etc.
  • vegetable protein powder (as much as you like)
Directions:

Throw

all ingredients into a blender and puree. Serve immediately in tall glasses with straws. This is a filling, yummy, and nutritious treat.
