Vanilla Shake


Ingredients (use vegan versions):
  • soymilk, about 1/2 cup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
  • 1-2 tablespoons vegan sugar
  • 2-3 ice cubes
Directions:

Put everything in a blender and blend until it reaches the consistency of a vanilla ice cream shake.

OR-

You

can use everything except the ice and mix it in a glass and drink.
