Yummy Healthy Shake


Ingredients (use vegan versions):
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup vegan soymilk
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 to 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 block of tofu
  • any other fruit you might feel like adding
  • 1 tablespoon sweetener of your choice (optional)
Directions:

Combine

all the ingredients in a blender and blend till everythings fully mixed. These measurements may not be exact, so just taste it when you're done, and add more of whatever ingredient you like.

Serves: 2 or more
