Gado Gado


Ingredients (use vegan versions):
  • 1 lb soybean sprouts
  • 1 head cabbage
  • 1 lb spinach
  • 8 tb spoon peanut butter cream
  • salt as you like
  • 1 tb spoon vegan brown sugar
  • 1 tea spoon ground red chilli if you like
Directions:

veggie: firstly, boil cabbage for 3 minutes, simmer it aside, boil spinach for 2 minutes. simmer it aside, boil soybean sprout for 1 minute, simmet it.

sauce: boil 1 cup water, put together peanut butter, brown vegan sugar, salt, and chilli stir it while boiling, until homogenous.

serving: put all vegies in the big plate. first layes is cabbage, then spinach and sproot on the top. pour the sauce on the veggies serve it for 6 people.

Serves: 6.

Preparation time: 10 minutes.
