Easy Thai Dip or Sandwich Spread


Ingredients (use vegan versions):
  • silken soft tofu
  • Thai curry paste, any flavor
  • garlic (optional)
  • red pepper flakes and pep
Directions:

So easy! Mix the tofu until creamy. Add a couple spoonfuls (to taste) of paste. Add extra garlic and pepper

flakes as you like. Dip veggies, vegan crackers, etc., or use as pita sandwich spread, as you would hummus.
