Olive Tapenade, Super Simple


Ingredients (use vegan versions):
  • A small can or tub of your favorite olives, pitted
  • olive oil
Directions:

In a small food processor, grind up the pitted olives, adding just enough olive oil to make this possible. You know the consistency you like! (This

is great, just like this! But you can, if you wish, add a bud of minced garlic and any herbs/spices that appeal to you--just a pinch of this or that. Or a carrot, or some chick peas, or more than one kind of olives.)

Use instead of mayo in sandwiches, or instead of butter on dinner vegan bread, or as a topping base for pasta.

Serves: variable

Preparation time: 5 minutes
