Pea Sauce


Ingredients (use vegan versions):
  • 1 cup dried green peas
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • lemon juice
  • soja milk
  • water
  • salt/pepper to taste
  • 2 garlic cloves crushed
Directions:

Let peas soak over night. Next

day cook peas for at least half an hour. Put peas and all other ingredients in food processor(except for soja milk and water) mix well. Add milk and water till consistency as pleased. Depending on what and how you use.

Serves: 2

Preparation time: 1/2 hour
