Pesto Pasta


Ingredients (use vegan versions):
  • fettuccine noodles (enough for two people)
  • 2 heaping tbsp's of Pesto (look up recipie for homemade pesto)
  • 1/2 red pepper (cut into small cubes)
  • 1/2 green pepper(cut into small cubes)
Directions:

Cook noodles untill

soft. Drain and toss with the pesto. Throw in the diced pepper's. ENJOY!! Serves: 2
