Yummy to Your Vegan Tummy Peanut sauce


Ingredients (use vegan versions):
  • 1 cup of natural peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup of apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup of soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon of vegan Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of hot sauce
  • 2 cloves of garlic
Directions:

Put the liquid ingredients

and garlic in the blender and blend it all up. Add peanut butter... keep adding it until the sauce thickens up. You can use it right away but it's always better if you put it in the fridge for 15 mins or so. Put on rice (the best is basmati) and tofu stir fry and vegetables.. and whatever else you might think it would be good on!! Just use your taste buds and add ingredients here and there for your preferred taste. ITS GOOD STUFF!! I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!! ENJOY!!! *LOVE AND LET BE LOVED*

Serves: um 2 cups?
