Zippy Hummus


Ingredients (use vegan versions):
  • 1 can chick peas
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/8 cup Mrs. Dash
  • salt to taste
Directions:

Mash the chickpeas. Add the other ingredients. Stir until smooth.

Serves: don't know

Preparation time: 15 min.
