Ingredients (use vegan versions):
  • 1 pound spaghetti
  • 1 jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon basil
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 7-10 fresh, chopped, mushrooms
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 large tomato, chopped
Directions:

To

cook spaghetti, following directions on package. For sauce: In large saucepan, pour in sauce from jar. Combine spices, and vegetables. Bring sauce to a boil, then let simmer on low heat for 20-30 minutes. Serve hot, and Enjoy!

Serves: 4-5 plus leftovers

Preparation time: About 1 hour
