Pasta with Mushrooms


Ingredients (use vegan versions):
  • 400 gr. lasagnette (kind of pasta)
  • 500 gr. mushrooms
  • 30 gr. soy non-hydrogenated vegan margarine
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • black pepper
  • salt
Directions:

Cook pasta. Saute mushrooms in soy margarine, oil,

black pepper and salt. Toss with cooked pasta.

Serves: 4

Preparation time: 15 minutes
