Easy Veggie Sandwich


Ingredients (use vegan versions):
  • 2 slices of multigrain vegan bread
  • 1/2 half small plum tomato
  • some slices of cucumber
  • some slices of red onion
  • alfalfa sprouts
  • 1 tblsp non-hydrogenated vegan margarine
Directions:

Toast the vegan bread. Spread

margarine on each piece. Apply cucumber slices, tomato slices, alfalfa sprouts, red onion. Enjoy!
