Linketts Salad Sandwhich Spread


Ingredients (use vegan versions):
  • 1 - can of Loma Linda Linketts, 1lb4oz - drained
  • 3 Large dill pickles
  • 1 med to large onion
  • 3/4 -1 cup Nayonise
Directions:

In food processor, chop onions, dill pickles, then the Linketts. In large mixing bowl mix all ingredients

, with the Nayonise to taste, thourghly. Best when chilled & flavors blend. Spread on your favoriate grain vegan bread. Great with lettuce, sliced tomatoes, ect on the sandwhich, or just plain. Also can use sweet or dill pickle relish, in place of the 3 large pickles.
