Ingredients (use vegan versions):
  • 1 can condensed vegan tomato soup
  • Soy or rice milk equal to 1 soup can
  • Small pasta (macaroni, shells, orzo, etc) - I don't know what the amount is. I just used
  • what seemed right!
  • Morningstar Burger Crumbles (just use as much as
you want - I used about 3/4 of a package) Directions:

Cook pasta as directed on package.

Mix together the soup and milk in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat.

Thaw the burger crumbles.

Mix everything together.

That's it! I'll admit, I've had tastier soups, but when you're in a hurry, this is pretty good!
