Macaroni and Cheese


Ingredients (use vegan versions):
  • 3-4 cups of cooked macaroni
  • 4 tablespoon nutritional yeast
  • 2 tablespoon soy quik powdered vegan soymilk
  • 1/2 cup of plain vegan soymilk
  • salt and pepper to taste
Directions:

Add all ingredients to hot, drained

macaroni. Stir well. Measurements are approximate--use more or less depending on your tastes and amount of macaroni.

Serves: 3-4

Preparation time: 15 min including cooking macaroni
