Mountain Mama Muesli


Ingredients (use vegan versions):
  • 5 cups organic oatmeal
  • 2 1/2 cups organic rye flakes
  • 2 1/2 cups organic wheat flakes
  • 1 cup organic raisins
  • 1 cup organic dried apples, diced
  • 1/2 cup sucanat vegan sugar
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds (raw)
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
(raw)
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds (raw) Directions:

    In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together. Store in air tight container (like a big tupperware container or canister). Before bed, mix one cup of cereal with 1 cup of soy milk or yogurt and place in refrigerator overnight. The next morning, top cereal with your favorite fruit and enjoy.

    Serves: 10-15
