Mushroom Oat Burgers


Ingredients (use vegan versions):
  • 2 onions - chopped finely
  • 1 can mushroom soup - make sure it doesn't contain milk products
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Ener-G Ener-G Egg Replacer mixed with 2 tablespoon water
  • (or for non-vegans, use 1 egg)
  • 2 1/4 cup oatmeal
  • 2 tablespoon
soya sauce
  • 1 can mushroom pieces (optional) Directions:

    1. Mix ingrediants until oatmeal is moist (may have to add some soy milk or may have to add more oatmeal)

    2. Shape into paddies and fry. Interesting consistency --- but a nice alternative!

    Serves: 10 burgers (?)

    Preparation time: 20 mins (?)
