Onion Sandwich


Ingredients (use vegan versions):
  • 2 pieces vegan bread
  • 1 onion
  • ketchup
Directions:

Slice and fry the onion. Scoop it onto vegan bread. Squeeze on some ketchup. Cover with other pice of vegan bread. Eat and enjoy.

*In the summer I use fresh tomato

slices instead of the ketchup.

Serves: 1

Preparation time: 2 mins.
