Pasta With Olives and Garlic


Ingredients (use vegan versions):
  • 1/2 lb spaghetti
  • 1 cup sliced green olives
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • I bunch scallions, sliced
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • a pinch of crushed red pepper
  • fresh ground black pepper
Directions:

Cook spaghetti according

to package directions. While the spaghetti is boiling, heat the olive oil over a medium flame. Add garlic and scallions, and saute for about 2 minutes. Add olives

Serves: 2

Preparation time: 20 minutes
