Vegan Stroganoff


Ingredients (use vegan versions):
  • 1 12 oz. bag harvest burgers for recipes
  • 2-3 tablespoon oil
  • ? cup flour
  • 2 cups mocha mix non-dairy creamer (vegan)
  • 1 cup sour supreme (vegan form of sour cream)
  • salt and pepper
  • cooked plain pasta
Directions:

Pour

the oil into a pan and allow it to get hot. Add the entire bag of harvest burgers for recipies. Continually stir it around until it's cooked.

Sprinkle the flour on top and mix it in well. Continue stirring for 2 minutes.

Add the mocha mix and stir well.

(The consistancy will be pretty liquidy but it will thicken later on.) Turn the heat off and stir in the sour supreme.

The more this sits out, the more it will thicken so try to get it into your tummy or into tupperware soon after its done!

Flavor to taste with salt and pepper- I generally like alot of fresh ground pepper on mine.
