Yummy Tahini Tofu Squash


Ingredients (use vegan versions):
  • 1 package firm or extra firm tofu
  • 1 medium butternut squash
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon tahini
  • 3 cloves chopped garlic (or more!)
  • Bragg's to taste
  • 3 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 stalks green onion
Directions:

This

is sooo tasty AND easy! Chop and peel butternut squash, steam until fairly soft. Start to fry tofu a couple of minutes before you add the squash. Add the tahini, garlic, sesame seeds and fry for about 5-10 minutes. Add green onion and Bragg's to taste. Serve over rice for a more complete protein. Bon Apetit!
