Yummy Tofu


Ingredients (use vegan versions):
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • firm tofu
  • brewers yeast and salt to taste...
Directions:

1. Slice tofu into small pieces.

2. Make a mixture of salt and brewers yeast; roll the tofu in the mixture so all the pieces are covered.

3.

Oil a frying pan and add the tofu.

4. Fry until they're a little brown.

That's all...and it's really good!
