Endive and Dulse Salad


Ingredients (use vegan versions):
  • 2 cups endives thin diagonal sliced
  • 1/4 cup dulse seaweed, soaked and fine cut
  • 1/2 cup raddishes thin sliced
  • 1/4 cup gari (Japanese ginger pickle) fine cut
  • 1 cup oranges (blond) fine cut
  • mirin (Japanese vegan rice wine)
genmaisu (Japanese rice vinegar)
  • juice of gari pickles Directions:

    Add all ingredients, toss & enjoy.

    Very colorful. Rich tasting and refreshing!

    Serves: 4
