Goddess Carrot Salad


Ingredients (use vegan versions):
  • carrots grated
  • majool dates chopped
  • grated apple
  • chopped tangarine, pineaple, or orange
  • soy yogurt (flavored)
Directions:

Mix in a bowl and let sit in fridge for flavors to marry. Yummy :)
