Macaroni Salad


Ingredients (use vegan versions):
  • bow tie pasta (or any shape you like)
  • shallots (green onions)
  • green peppers
  • Italian dressing
  • salt and pepper
  • garlic
Directions:

Boil the pasta until tender. Cut up the shallots, green peppers, and garlic.

Add to a big bowl, along with the drained pasta.

Drizzle on the Italian dressing, salt and pepper to taste.

Chill and serve
