Potato Veggie Salad


Ingredients (use vegan versions):
  • 8-10 red potatoes
  • 1/2 bag frozen peas or fresh
  • 1/2 bag frozen corn or fresh
  • 1/2 head of broccoli
  • naise non-dairy vegan mayonnaise
  • spike seasoning -to taste
  • small amount of garlic granuales with parsley
  • herbs de
providence- to
  • taste Directions:

    Dice and steam potatoes.

    Steam rest of veggies and add to potatoes.

    Stir in vegannaise and add seasonings.

    Serve warm

    Get creative: add onions, olives, carrots. you get the idea!

    Serves: 6
