BPPB Sandwich


Ingredients (use vegan versions):
  • 2 slices of hearty whole grain vegan bread
  • peanut butter
  • a dill pickle
  • 2 slices of veggie bacon
  • some vegan margarine
Directions:

Liberally spread the two slices of bread with peanut butter. Slice your pickle and place the

slices on one of the pieces of vegan bread. Next, place the two slices of veggie bacon over the pickle. Cover all that with the other piece of vegan bread (peanut butter side, down of course!) Spread a little margarine onto the outside of your sandwich and cook in a skillet as you would a grilled veggie cheese.

I know this sounds kooky and kind of gross, but they are sooo good. I can't stop eating them! and no, I am not pregnant. :)
