Ingredients (use vegan versions):
  • long roll
  • lettuce
  • tomatoes
  • roasted red pepper
  • olive Oil
Directions:

Add as much of the ingrediants as you like. Seasoned mozzeralla tastes good; perhaps a vegan brand. You can add olive oil for added flavor.
